Involved delivery of asset management training to global AM practitioners, using Competency Based Vocational Training programs, aligned to the Australian Skills and Qualifications Authority (ASQA), competency frameworks.
The successful delivery of these training programs resulted in professional development and upskilling of a cohort of asset management and other professionals, whom in turn championed the development of a series of asset management improvement initiatives, such as – Criticality Assessment Model development, Asset Management Plans, Resilience Plans, and Operational Plans and many more.
