Significant involvement in several Asset Management Benchmarking Programs in 2008, 2012 and 2020 for 60+ participant water utilities from Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates and the United States.

These programs compared the process completeness and effectiveness of international water utilities across the many elements of the asset life cycle (i.e. strategic planning, asset acquisition through to, asset replacement and disposal), identified leading practices and guided asset management thematic improvements at industry level. These programs are currently aligned with the Global Forum in Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM) Framework and have been hugely successful in increasing the asset management maturity of the international water industry
